Rodeo 2010

Tyler was a great age for the rodeo this year. He really enjoyed all the animals, but I think the tractors were his most favorite. His face just lit up when he saw them!

The fun started before we even got to the rodeo. Tyler loved riding the Metrorail. He thought he was on a real train! Here he is waiting for the train with Daddy.

They had a lot of neat things set up just for kids to do. Tyler was given a basket to fill up with all the things from his farm. He got eggs from the chickens, produce from the garden, milk from the cows, and wool from the sheep. He then took them to the market to sell them. He was given money to spend for selling his goods. They actually had a little store set up for the kids to spend their money. Tyler was quite happy with the little box of raisins he got to purchase.

It was so sweet to watch these baby chicks coming out of their eggs. Tyler didn't want to leave them. We watched the chicks for a long time.
