Tyler is very into his colors now. He enjoys telling me the color of everything he sees. He also has a strong opinion when it comes to the color of his new summer sandals. I first tried to buy him some sandals at Target because they are cute and much cheaper than his Stide Rite shoes. Of course, they gave his feet boo-boos and we had to take them back. So much for trying to save money.
I took Tyler to the mall to find some sandals that wouldn't hurt his feet. I told him we were going to get new shoes and he says, "brown, Mama." We go into the store and the lady asked us if she could help. Tyler spoke right up and said, "brown shoes." I saw some cute blue Crocs and Tyler didn't want them because they weren't brown. He said, "No, no...brown." He knew what he wanted. As soon as we picked out some brown sandals he was happy. I always thought it was only girls who cared about what they wear. Aren't boys suppose to be easy in that department?
I don't have any pictures of the new brown sandals right now, but I do have some cute pictures I took the other day, before all the rain, when we could still play outside without being attacked by mosquitos.
Tyler loves playing with bubbles! It was his favorite activity last summer and it still is. He likes bubbles even more than the sandbox and more than swimming!
Pink cheeks!
There's nothing like a little boy with his doggie.
Happy dog!
