National Night Out

Over the weekend our neighborhood hosted their annual National Night Out. It's a safety thing put on by the police in the area. They promote getting to know your neighbors and also becoming familiar with the police and firefighters in your area. Anyway, it was a really pretty day to go do something outside and it was a great event for little boys (and big boys) to check out a helicopter, fire truck, and ambulance. We also got to see police horses, a police dog, and get Tyler fingerprinted. He liked the jump houses and balloon animals equally as much. Our little Allie was a good sport about the whole thing. She didn't mind getting up early from her nap to be pushed around in the stroller.
