On Monday, Allie was 12 weeks old. This means she's 3 months, except that she was born on the 12th and it isn't the 12th of the month yet...it's so confusing!
Allie has been growing, growing, growing! She is now wearing size 2 diapers and I have had a lot of fun putting some of the 3-6 month clothes on her. It's exciting to see her in some of the pretty things that didn't fit just a few weeks ago!
She loves to play with her tongue, her toes, and especially her fingers! Allie is even getting better at holding onto rattles for a little while. I am impressed at how much better she has been holding her head up all on her own. We tried putting her in the Bumbo a few times, but she cried every time. Maybe she'll like it more when she's a little bit older. She does enjoy listening to stories and playing under her play mat!
I have been working hard trying to get Allie to take a bottle. It is something she gave up and refuses to go back to. This makes going anywhere without her a little bit of a challenge. I am determined to get her to take it, but she has been very stubborn so far!
We have been enjoying her big smiles and big blue eyes. She has even started laughing a little bit too! Allie also sleeps through the night, from 9:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. This makes for a very happy mommy!
