We didn't venture out anywhere for Allie's 1st 4th of July. We didn't think her little ears would appreciate any fireworks. I did have fun dressing her up anyway! Nana came over and had grilled chicken with us. Tyler and Daddy did poppers and the girls hung out in the air conditioning. I always look forward to our neighborhood festivities, but the big celebration was rained out this year. In the past we have enjoyed watching the little parade and visiting the petting zoo. So we didn't do much this year, but I loved spending time with my sweet family. Sometimes low key is the best way to go.
