Our little Allison turned one month old on Monday. The days are going by so quickly already. She has become a much better eater, and will nurse longer without falling asleep. She will sleep 4-5 hours at night. The tricky part is getting her to go back to sleep after her 3 a.m. feeding. She doesn't always agree that it is a great idea.
Her umbilical cord finally came off last Thursday. Now she has a cute little belly button and we can give her baths in her baby bathtub. She likes baths that way much better than the sponge bath. Allie is starting to loose her fuzzy baby hair and go for the bald and beautiful look instead.
We took her out of the house a lot more over the weekend. On Friday she went to MOPS with me. It was a lot of fun showing her off to everyone. On Saturday she went with Todd and me to pick out some birthday gifts for her brother. Then on Sunday we also took her to church. It was a big weekend for our little girl and she did great!
She likes both her swing and bouncy seat, but enjoys being held and cuddled most of all. This works out really well since I like holding her most of all!
