Tyler is 2 years old!

Tyler had a fun birthday weekend complete with cupcakes, presents, balloons, and people he loves.  

He did a good job of unwrapping this year, but he still doesn't quite get the concept that you first unwrap everything and then you get to play with them.  He got sad a few times when he was told he shouldn't play with a new toy.  He didn't want to go back to unwrapping once he saw his toys!  He just wanted to stop and play.  

Tyler did become an expert candle blower outer in just one year.  He blew out his candles at the perfect time, just as we were finished singing.  It was most impressive.

He did love the cupcake (we all loved the cupcakes) but I do want to remember not to eat cupcakes in the dining room where there is carpet next time.

I took him to Party City a few days before and let him choose some birthday plates.  He of course chose the doggie plates.  While he was eating, he would make sure to feed the doggie on the plate as well.  It was really cute. 

Tyler sure has grown up, and grown a lot of hair, since last year!
