Birthday Cupcakes!

Tyler loves cupcakes.  He pretends to make them for himself, Mommy, and his bears all the time. He hasn't had all that many cupcakes in his life, mind you.  He just gets very excited about the idea of them.  Maybe he still remembers that it was the first taste of sugar he ever had when he got one for his first birthday.  Since we will be celebrating Tyler's 2nd birthday tomorrow, we just had to make some birthday cupcakes for the occasion.  I asked him if he would like to help, and he had a chair pushed up to the counter within seconds.  I think he may be more excited about the birthday cupcakes than he is about the presents.  

I am so excited to watch my little boy turn two tomorrow.  He seriously becomes cuter, smarter, funnier, and more loving everyday (I know all moms say this, but it really is true).  I just know this will be a fun year.  We get to celebrate with family and enjoy watching the thrill Tyler gets from eating a cupcake.  I think he will really love opening presents this year too.  I can't wait!  There will of course be pictures of the entire day.  Stay tuned...
