Our community hosted a little Easter celebration on Saturday morning. They had an Easter egg hunt, pony rides, camel rides, and of course, a petting zoo. It was a cold, windy morning...not very spring-like! Unfortunately, we arrived a little bit too late for the egg hunt, and all the eggs had already been picked up. We then thought it would be fun for Tyler to do his very first pony ride. We waited in line. The anticipation grew. I directed Daddy and Tyler to the cutest, fuzziest, brown pony. It was time to get on! That's when Tyler started crying hysterically and yelling NO, NO, NO! He did not like the idea of getting on that little pony's back. Even Grandpa couldn't talk him into it. So, Tyler's first ever pony ride has been postponed. We didn't even try for the camel.

Grandma and Grandpa Perry came in for a visit!
Tyler thought that sun was just too bright for a picture.

The petting zoo was pretty crowded so it was difficult to get good pictures.
Do you see the calf? I thought it was pretty cool that he was there. Tyler liked the goats the best.

Tyler loves animals, so I am surprised he didn't want to go for a ride. Maybe next year.
