Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

In our family, we get to spread out the Christmas fun with three celebrations!
We spend Christmas Eve with my parents, Christmas morning together at home, and Christmas night with Todd's parents in Tyler. The fun just goes on and on.

Christmas Eve at home before heading to church

After church and dinner out, we headed to Nana and Grandpa's for presents!

Christmas Eve at Nana and Grandpa's house.
Yes, the mountain of presents behind Tyler are all for him!
His Nana and Grandpa sure like to spoil their little grandson.

My two most favorite people

Our own little drummer boy

Then we all hopped in the car to visit Grandma and Grandpa Perry!

Tyler became very good at opening presents by the end of the day!

Happy New Year!

We celebrated New Year's Eve with Grandpa and Nana. Don't tell Tyler, but we did our countdown a few hours early so he wouldn't be up too late past his bedtime.

On New Year's Day, Todd and I took Tyler to the zoo. Did you know it's free to get in on New Year's Day? The weather was just right for walking around, and the animals were much friskier than they are when it's hot outside. It was a great way to spend the first day of a new year. I think we should make it an annual event!

We climbed through a tube that went inside the fish tank!
