Thank you to the people who mentioned that I should check out The Vaccine Book by Dr. Sears. I have enjoyed filling my head with all his knowledge about vaccines, and I feel confident now, for the first time, about how I want to continue with Tyler's vaccine schedule.
First I should tell you that the Harris County Public Library has the book available as a digital book. This means you can download the book for a period of 14 days and read it with Adobe. I think is so cool!
Anyway, Dr. Sears talks about each vaccine and what they are made out of. He goes into detail about side effects and the disease they are used against. My favorite part of the whole book is his alternate vaccine schedule. Our babies can get fully vaccinated in a much safer way. You have to go to the doctor a lot more often because he spreads them out, but they can be nurse-only visits.
If you are a concerned mommy like I was, this book will definitely make you feel better. I have also added a link to the website on my list of favorite product safety sites. There are current articles and updates about vaccine research on it as well.
