Todd and I stopped at Babies R Us yesterday to pick up a few things for my little Tyler. One of the things I wanted to look at while I was there were the jammies. He's getting too long for his again, and it's getting too warm for his super thick ones. So I find some cute Carter's ones, with snaps. I'm looking through the rack for his size, and I notice they only go up to 9 months! Tyler needs 9-12 month now. I frantically started looking through all the other racks and noticed they only go up to 9 months! It was then that I noticed the big sign over the clothing area that I had never noticed before...baby layette - 0 -9 months. This means they don't make the cute baby jammies in Tyler's size. He's too big!! How can this be?! I was so sad about it. I had to go over and look in the toddler section to see jammies in his size. They all looked so big for my ity bity baby. It was a sad realization indeed. I decided he didn't need new jammies after all. I was too depressed to buy any. Wasn't it just yesterday that the newborn ones were too big on him?

I noticed that too. I am really bummed out about it too. I can remember having a pair of red jammies with feet when I was five. Why don't they make those anymore? Very disappointing.
How big he looks sitting there in his little rocker, and, as usual, so cute.

They have really cute ones with zippers at the childrens' place. We love those, and they arne't too expensive. And remember, the bigger he gets, the better he gets at giving you hugs and kisses!!
